The First Impression ministry is to welcome members and attendees to Phillips Temple with a warm smile, hug, or handshake. Our desire is to ensure that your worship experience with us is a memorable one from the time you drive onto our campus. This ministry includes the following: Parking Lot Attendants, Watchmen/Security, Welcome Center, Greeters, Ushers, and Holy Grounds Café. • Holy Grounds Cafe’ – The Holy Grounds ministry is dedicated to serving the members and guest of Phillips Temple with excellence. Established in 2005 the initial vision of Holy Grounds was to create an atmosphere for members to fellowship over a great cup of coffee.
